Laube Technology has received ISO 9001:2000
Through much of 2003 Laube Technology had been reviewing and revising its procedures in preparation for a November Audit by DNV. The audit was conducted and Laube is Proud to announce that it has received accreditation. ISO 9001:2000 has replaced the old ISO 9002 and 9001 1994 standards. By gaining accreditation to the newer standard, Laube is committing to offer continuously improving efficient, high quality service and product to its customers.
"Submitting the best price just isn't enough value in today's tough business world" says Claude Ising, President of Laube Technology. "Our goal is that each of our customers has to have a positive experience with each aspect of every transaction with our company. This means that any time a customer contacts us, for any reason, he or she will be left with a confident feeling and positive experience."
Goals like this realistically aren't achieved over night, but working towards and receiving ISO 9001:2000 forces a company to take a good look at its weaknesses and make necessary improvements with respect to total Customer Satisfaction.
